[edited] are here! the pebbles and i had a great time there, wandering from brandenburg gate to siegessäule, from checkpoint charlie to gedächtniskirche, from kadewe to kastanienallee. we wandered through the denkmal für die ermordeten juden europas. we had döner, enjoyed the berlin accent (sehr jut!) and the fall colors in the tiergarten, saw ‘cabaret’ (in german, no less – did i mention the pebbles is an excellent sport?), and tried out many, many different s- and u-bahn lines. we even saw a silver doc marten autographed by franka potente!
